AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:
You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge. Final payment is due 30 days before we leave on August 1st, 2024
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We can recommend several travel insurance policies to choose from. You must research on your own as we have no affiliation with any companies whatsoever.
NO REFUNDS: All sales are final once deposit has been booked.
ROOM RESERVATIONS: Must be 21 and older to attend the trip. If you're sharing the room with more than 1 person. Please let us know. We recommend no more than 3 people in a regular room. And no more than 4 people in an Executive Suite. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. You can check-in early at the hotel depending on if your room is available. There's a small fee to check-in.
BAGGAGE HOLDING: There is a baggage holding area at the hotel right before the entrance doors. By which the concierge will tag your luggage and give you a bag claim number for you to hold on until its time to check-in. You can either retrieve the bag directly, or pay to have the baggage delivered directly to your hotel room. The delivery fee is a monetary tip of your choice.
ITINERARY: Your Labor Day Escape 2024 Welcome Package will include an itinerary for the entire weekend. You're not obligated to attend every activity with the exception of the Meet & Greet Thursday Pool Party Social.
