OUTA Group proudly presents the 5th Annual "Labor Day Escape 2025 featuring the Luau Brunch Party," a weekend escape that focuses on traveling to have fun in Las Vegas, meeting people from all over the world, discovering new activities besides gambling, and finally a travel fundraiser giving back to help the next generation of students at the Dreamchazer Program of Clearpath Discovery.

Over 80 different activities to choose from and yes Las Vegas has literally everything to experience. Each room package, depending on which one you choose, includes the following:

ITINERARY: Your Labor Day Escape 2025 Welcome Package will include an itinerary for the entire weekend. You're not obligated to attend every activity with the exception of the Meet & Greet Thursday Luau Party.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We can recommend several travel insurance policies to choose from.  You must research on your own as we have no affiliation with any companies whatsoever.

NO REFUNDS: All sales are final once deposit has been booked.

ROOM RESERVATIONS:  Must be 21 and older to attend the trip. If you're sharing the room with more than 1 person. Please let us know. We recommend no more than 3 people in a regular room. And no more than 4 people in an Executive Suite. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. You can check-in early at the hotel depending on if your room is available. There's a small fee to check-in.

BAGGAGE HOLDING:  There is a baggage holding area at the hotel right before the entrance doors. By which the concierge will tag your luggage and give you a bag claim number for you to hold on until its time to check-in. You can either retrieve the bag directly, or pay to have the baggage delivered directly to your hotel room. The delivery fee is a monetary tip of your choice.
