OUTA Group proudly presents the 5th Annual "Labor Day Escape 2025 featuring the Luau Pool Party," a weekend escape that focuses on traveling to have fun in Las Vegas, meeting people from all over the world, discovering new activities besides gambling, and finally a travel fundraiser giving back to help the next generation of students at the Dreamchazer Program of Clearpath Discovery.

ITINERARY: Your Labor Day Escape 2025 Welcome Package will include an itinerary for the entire weekend. You're not obligated to attend every activity with the exception of the Meet & Greet Thursday Night Luau Pool Party.

VIRTUAL MEETING: Mark your calendar for the next virtual meeting for everybody who is going. The meeting will be Saturday, July 5th at 12:00pm. We will discuss everything including itinerary, hotel, flights, activities for the entire weekend, attire, luau pool party, hospitality suite, and finally all of the birthday celebrations for Leos & Virgoes. TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We can recommend several travel insurance policies to choose from.  You must research on your own as we have no affiliation with any companies whatsoever.

NO REFUNDS: All sales are final once deposit has been booked.

ROOM RESERVATIONS:  Must be 21 and older to attend the trip. If you're sharing the room with more than 1 person. Please let us know. We recommend no more than 3 people in a regular room. And no more than 4 people in an Executive Suite. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. You can check-in early at the hotel depending on if your room is available. There's a small fee to check-in.

BAGGAGE HOLDING:  There is a baggage holding area at the hotel right before the entrance doors. By which the concierge will tag your luggage and give you a bag claim number for you to hold on until its time to check-in. You can either retrieve the bag directly, or pay to have the baggage delivered directly to your hotel room. The delivery fee is a monetary tip of your choice.
